• Agree to comply with Intuit's terms of service
• Can revoke access at any time through your account settings

5A. Third-Party Services

We are not responsible for the acts, omissions, or service quality of third-party providers integrated with our Services (including but not limited to Intuit, Microsoft, or AWS). Your use of third-party integrations is governed by their respective terms. We make no warranties regarding the accuracy, functionality, or availability of any third-party service integration.

6. Payment Terms and Subscription Plans

Auto-renewal & Cancellation

Subscriptions automatically renew unless canceled before the renewal date. You may cancel anytime through your account settings or by contacting support. If you cancel, you will continue to have access to the Services until the end of your current billing period, but you will not receive a refund for any fees already paid.

7. Acceptable Use and Prohibited Content

You agree not to:

• Violate any laws or regulations
• Infringe on intellectual property rights
• Upload harmful or malicious content
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems
• Use the Services for any illegal purpose
• Upload sensitive personal data without proper authorization

8. Termination and Data Retention

9. Disclaimers and Limitations of Liability

The Services are provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind. Our total liability for any claims related to these Terms or the Services is limited to the amount you paid for the Services in the 12 months preceding the claim.

Force Majeure

Neither party shall be liable for any failure or delay in performance due to circumstances beyond its reasonable control, including but not limited to acts of God, natural disasters, pandemic, epidemic, war, terrorism, riots, civil unrest, government action, labor strikes, power failures, or internet or telecommunications disruptions.

Survival

Sections relating to intellectual property, indemnification, limitation of liability, dispute resolution, confidentiality, and any other provisions that by their nature should survive termination shall survive the termination of these Terms.

AI Usage Limits

We may use aggregated, anonymized metadata (not documents or identifiable content) to improve system performance and security analytics. We will never use your actual document content to train our AI systems without your explicit permission.

10. Dispute Resolution

• We aim to resolve disputes informally
• These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Georgia, USA
• Any dispute must be filed in courts located in Fulton County, Georgia
• Any claim must be filed within one year of the event

Arbitration

Any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms shall be resolved by binding arbitration administered in Atlanta, Georgia, under the rules of the American Arbitration Association (AAA). The arbitration shall be conducted by a single arbitrator, and judgment on the award rendered may be entered in any court having jurisdiction thereof.

11. Changes to Terms

We may modify these Terms by posting updates. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance. For material changes, we will make reasonable efforts to notify you.

12. Accessibility
